Will Reichard of Hoover High School in Hoover, Alabama won the 2018 Mike Sadler Award at Kohl’s Championship Showcase Camp in July. Will is the #1 rated kicker in the nation, coming out of high school in 2018 and has committed to the University of Alabama, where he’ll kick for the Tide while studying business.

Will is the perfect recipient of this year’s Mike Sadler Award. Like Mike, Will is a kicker/punter combo who’s trained with Kohl’s since the 6th grade. Will now helps young, aspiring kickers develop their skills. He’s a giver.

He’s also a dedicated student athlete with a 3.71 high school GPA, who recognizes that work in the classroom is just as important as work on the field. Will dedicated time to tutoring students in high school chemistry and actively volunteered in his local community, all while maintaining his own grades and honing his specialist skills.

Will’s long-term goal is to positively impact others through his actions and inspiration. Having met him and his mother, Dana, Karen Sadler has no doubt he’ll succeed in reaching that goal…he’s already begun affecting the lives of others.

We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Will Reichard onboard as an ambassador of the Michael Sadler Foundation! Our first ambassador from Kohl’s is 2017 Sadler Award winner, John Tessatore, who continues to do represent Mike’s legacy every day.
